- Take all the ingredients. Wash chillies, coriander & curry leaves. Wash & peel ginger.
- Cut coconut, ginger, chillies & coriander into small pieces. Put all the ingredients it in a grinding jar.
- Grind it. Then pour little cold water. Mix it & grind it again. If needed add more water & re grind. To get a nice green colour of the chutney u have to add cold water while grinding it.
- Your coconut & peanut chutney is ready. Can be served with dosa, idli, chapati & rice.
