  1. Take a bowl and mix besan,curd,ginger- garlic paste, haldi, heeng, salt, sugar and water together.
  2. Make smooth(runny) paste with no lumps in it. Now take a pan and pour the smooth paste in it, turn on the flame on low to medium and stir it regularly.
  3. Cook until it's thick (keep stirring)
  4. Once it done grease the surface of thali/plate/dish with oil and make a thin layer.
  5. Spread layer of grated fresh coconut on it and Let it set.
  6. Now cut and roll the khandavi's.
  7. For tadka, take a pan and heat up the1 tsp oil in it and then add 1tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp white sesame seeds along with curry leaves. Tadka is ready to pour on all the khandavi's.
  8. Yummy and tasty khandavi is ready to eat and serve.
