- Add cardamom powder, keep stirring making sure nothing sticks to the bottom. Add the red colour. Combine
- Once the coconut starts to form clumps transfer it to a plate greased with butter. Spread evenly. Put in fridge till it solidifies. Cut into the shape you want and garnish with almonds. Serve.
